The two-flute end mill is a hard working center cutting tool and can be used for multiple operations plunge cutting and slotting drilling and profiling which can minimize the number of tools required to complete a given job. Since these end mills have only two cutting edges the flutes are deeper and longer than end mills with more cutting edges providing more chip carrying capacity.
